Frequently asked questions

Does it just crop my ad?

No. It rebuilds the layout for each aspect ratio: the headline, product, and button move to where they work for that placement, and the background extends to fill the space.

What are Stories safe zones?

Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok cover roughly the top 14% and bottom 20% of a 9:16 ad with their own UI. The skill keeps your text and logo out of those bands.

Which placements does it support?

Any of Mage’s aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 2:3, 16:9, 21:9, and more. Exact pixel sizes come from resizing the 2K output.

Can I attach my photo to the chat?

Mage can’t read files attached to a chat, so share a direct link to the image instead, such as your store’s product image URL. Agents that run commands, like Claude Code and Cursor, can upload a file from your computer.

How much does it cost?

The skill is free and open source. Each generation it starts is paid in Gems from your Mage account at the model’s listed price, and your assistant quotes the total before it creates anything.
