Frequently asked questions

Does the main image meet Amazon’s rules?

The skill designs for them: a pure white background, the whole product filling about 85% of the frame, no props, text, or badges. Your seller central help is the final authority.

Will it make up claims?

No. Every word on a card comes from you. Without facts, it makes image-only cards and tells you which text cards need input.

Which marketplaces does it support?

Amazon by default, plus Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify stores, each with its own main-image rules.

Can I attach my photo to the chat?

Mage can’t read files attached to a chat, so share a direct link to the image instead, such as your store’s product image URL. Agents that run commands, like Claude Code and Cursor, can upload a file from your computer.

How much does it cost?
