FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is it the same as the Outfit Swap app?

Yes. The skill sends the Outfit Swap app’s own prompt with the same models and defaults, so your agent gets the app’s results from a chat, and can run it on many images in one go.

Why did the photo get reframed?

When the outfit image shows pieces the photo can’t, like shoes for a waist-up shot, the model may pull back or re-pose to show them. Crop the outfit image to what fits the frame, or use Mango 3 Turbo.

Can I keep one outfit across a whole series?

Yes. Save it as an outfit reference with the Consistent Characters skill and mention its @handle in each prompt instead of swapping every image.

Can I attach my photo to the chat?

Mage can’t read files attached to a chat, so share a direct link to the image instead, such as your store’s product image URL. Agents that run commands, like Claude Code and Cursor, can upload a file from your computer.

How much does it cost?

The skill is free and open source. Each generation it starts is paid in Gems from your Mage account at the model’s listed price, and your assistant quotes the total before it creates anything.
